An area was declared to have the potential of landslides if itmeets the following requirements, the slope was quite steep, have sliding plane of coatingsubsurface impermeable (semipermeable), and there was enough water to saturating the land onthe sliding plane. Conditions hills and steep slopes make the Selili region belonging into thefrequent landslides. The aims of this research to identify potential weak zone of landslides basedon the geoelectric data interpretation contained in the study sites. The data obtained in theresearch was the apparent resistivity data using the method of geoelectric resistivity bymeasurement technique of Vertical Electric Sounding (VES) Schlumberger configuration. Data wascollected as much as three lines, each line has a length of 100 meters. To display the resistivityvalues at every line used computer software, so it looks a color image depicting resistivity changeat each layer of rock. To estimate the direction of landslide, then each line merged into one. TheResults of the research showed the identification of the location of the sliding plane of each lineand direction of the landslide in the same direction of the slope of the sliding plane.
